We're hiring 1 experienced EN-CA iGaming linguist & scriptwriter to deliver a full native audit of an iGaming website separately for Mobile and Desktop.
This includes:
•Industry correctness (iGaming terminology verification)
•Readability / naturalness for Canadian English
•Link checks
•Quebec market trust optimization
•Very in-depth findings + suggested rewrites
No payment testing. This task is language + UX text + link validation only.
Scope (Mobile vs Desktop — treated as separate audits)
You must audit both experiences independently:
•Mobile (browser on iOS/Android)
•Desktop (browser)
Your report must clearly label each issue as MOBILE or DESKTOP, and capture issues that exist on one platform but not the other (layout-driven text truncation, hidden elements, different banners, different nav labels, different help/terms visibility, etc.).
What you'll do
•Review key funnels and major surfaces on both platforms.
•Identify non-native phrasing, AI-generated patterns, inconsistencies, unclear CTAs/microcopy.
•Verify iGaming terminology: bonuses/wagering, sportsbook language, RG wording, geo/province references where present.
•Run link checks (broken links, wrong anchors, weird redirects/params).
Deliverables
1.Mobile Audit Report (EN-CA)
2.Desktop Audit Report (EN-CA)
Each issue should include: URL/screen, severity (Critical/Major/Minor), evidence reference, explanation, and recommended rewrite.
Ideal profile
•Native Canadian English writer/editor
•Proven iGaming / casino / sportsbook writing or editing experience
•Strong UX writing instincts
•Comfortable delivering structured QA-style reports
Deadline for this project is 4-5 days
