We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Director to join our growing team.
As Client Services Director, you will lead the strategy, performance and development of the Client Services function. You’ll drive operational excellence, nurture talent, strengthen cross‑agency alignment and shape long‑term client partnerships - ensuring Cognite delivers outstanding impact and growth.

We believe someone with the following skill set and experience could be a good match for this role:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant science
* Proven experience as a Group Account Director or Client Services Director in a medical communications agency
* Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
* Leadership that fosters a nurturing, high‑performance environment
* Process innovation and operational excellence
* Strong commercial and data‑driven decision‑making
