Responsibilities:
1. Support and deliver value-adding price optimisations
2. Analyse customer response to price changes using impact and scenario modelling
3. Improve customer lifetime value outcomes
4. Conduct competitor and market analysis
5. Ensure fair value is delivered for customers
6. Reconcile data, document processes and refine trading performance
7. Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
8. Experience in insurance pricing
9. Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS or similar tools
10. Strong numerical skills (degree or equivalent proficiency)
11. Knowledge of risk/demand modelling and statistical techniques
12. Problem-solving ability and initiative
13. Understanding of machine learning techniques
