We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Department who are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications.
About The Role
The Head of Marketing and Communications is responsible for overseeing the brand, communications, and marketing of Wellington College (WC) and further building its reputation as one of the most prestigious and pioneering schools in the world.
You will join on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).
The successful candidate will focus on the College's marketing strategy, brand management, admissions marketing, stakeholder engagement, PR, media as well as internal communications ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Key responsibilities
(Including but not limited to; see job description for full requirements):
Branding, Marketing and Communications
* Directly oversee the development and delivery of the 5-year marketing and communications strategy for Wellington College that showcases the innovative and dynamic educational offer that the College provides to the 1,150 students it educates.
Marketing Campaigns and External Engagement
* Develop and deliver ongoing integrated marketing campaigns to build and strengthen the College's position as the leading co-educational boarding and day school in the UK.
Internal Communications & Parent Communications
Team Leadership and Management
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Significant marketing and communications experience as a senior leader in a large complex organisation.
* Proven track record of delivering national or global brand strategies.
* Ideally vocational qualification in relevant discipline i.e., Marketing, PR, Communications, or equivalent.
* Degree-level educated.
