Are you looking for a Forklift Reach Truck Driver role?
As a Reach Truck Driver you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout our busy e-commerce fulfilment centre. You will support the inbound, storage and outbound operations by stacking, replenishing, and retrieving inventory using reach forklifts, ensuring accuracy, safety, and speed to keep the fulfilment flow running smoothly
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Reach Forklift Trucks (FLT) to store and retrieve pallets at height within racking systems.
Support inbound put-away, stock replenishment and outbound order fulfilment operations.
Conduct pre-use vehicle checks and report faults or damage immediately.
Safely unload and load vehicles including HGVs, delivery vans or internal movements.
Ensure stock is handled carefully to minimise damage and maintain product quality.
Work closely with inventory and goods-in teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
Adhere to warehouse SOPs, health & safety standards and site traffic rules at all times.
Follow WMS (Warehouse Management System) instructions using scanners or terminals.
Assist general operatives when needed during peak volume periods.
Keep working areas tidy and free from hazards; contribute to a clean and organised warehouse.

Hams Hall, Coleshill
Shift times:
6am until 2pm working Monday to Friday
2pm until 10pm working Monday to Friday
10pm until 6am working Monday to Friday
Pay rate:
Paying between £14.00-£15.00per hour
