Chef de Partie - Luxury Retirement Village
Nestled within beautifully maintained grounds our village comprises 155 luxury properties and offers residents access to a private health club, library, restaurant, and on-demand care services.
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team of four. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to work in a high-quality, resident-focused environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
The Role
* Schedule : 5 days out of 7
o Lunch shifts only : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
o Full day shifts : Wednesday & Friday (9am-9pm)
o Day shifts : Thursday & Saturday (9am-6pm)
* Covers : Up to 40 for Sunday lunch, 30 on the terrace, plus regular afternoon teas
* Team : 4 chefs in total
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience at Chef de Partie level in a high-quality kitchen
* Strong understanding of Health & Hygiene regulations
* Confident in ordering, stock control, and menu pricing
* A passion for mentoring junior staff and sharing culinary knowledge
* A genuine love for food and creativity in presentation
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to elevate the dining experience
