Our Client, a leading provider of five-star care homes, are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who understands the care sector and can connect with both families and residents through digital channels. You’ll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven team where your voice matters, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll: Lead the migration of our email platform to MailChimp, building engaging and compliant campaigns. Oversee our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring content reflects the warmth and quality of our homes. Support the launch of our brand-new website, managing content and ensuring SEO best practices. Use analytics tools to measure performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy. We’d love to hear from you if you: Have experience in digital marketing (email, social, website, SEO), within the care sector. Understand the importance of sensitivity, empathy, and accuracy when communicating in the care environment. Are confident using tools like MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. Enjoy both the creative and analytical side of marketing. Are highly organised and proactive, able to balance multiple projects with attention to detail. What's on Offer: A competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000.
