Your new role
Commercial Manager or Head of Commercial required to lead a high-performing team and oversee all commercial operations. This senior leadership role is central to driving profitable and sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio of office and laboratory fit-out projects.
Key Duties:

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators
* Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Oversee contract negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
* Conduct market analysis to identify and pursue growth opportunities


What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in a senior commercial role.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial risk management
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Advanced financial and analytical capabilities
