We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Engineer to join the dedicated IT Delivery Team at a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP). This organisation is revolutionizing telecoms and IT solutions for businesses, focusing on expert support, innovation, and genuine care for customer success.

The Opportunity: Execute IT & Networking Projects
This pivotal role involves working as a key member of the IT Delivery Team, responsible for the architecting and implementation of critical IT solutions for diverse clients. You will work alongside the Head of Technology to advise clients on the appropriate services and solutions.

Core Responsibilities & Expertise
* Project Implementation: Collaborate within the IT Delivery Team to execute, implement, and manage a wide array of IT and networking projects.
* Technical Escalation: Act as a Key Technical Escalation Point for complex issues, providing resolutions and documentation.
* Client Consultancy: Engage with clients and sales teams to understand requirements and scope effective transformative IT solutions.
* Infrastructure Management: Participate in internal IT project work, focusing on network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and enhancing internal IT security protocols.
* Customer Onboarding: Conduct technical surveys for onboarding new customers, ensuring the support team has all necessary information.
* Compliance: Experience with and deployment of the Cyber Essentials framework and best-practice security solutions.
* Support & Training: Handle escalated IT support tickets and provide training to support staff and customers.
What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills Required:
* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project IT Engineer or similar Senior IT Support role.
* Proven skills in implementing and troubleshooting cloud, enterprise hardware, software, and network solutions.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Azure, and the entire Microsoft 365 stack.
* Expertise in Networking Technologies, ideally including Meraki and Watchguard.
* Direct experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Group Policy, and Endpoint Manager (Intune).
* Strong background in IT Project Management principles and effective stakeholder liaison.

* Excellent Customer Engagement skills and a professional approach.
* High level of business acumen and effective workload prioritization.
* Full valid UK driving licence is required (essential for the field-based nature).
