Rehabilitation Assistant Circle Integrated Care - Bedford 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £24.937.00 per year

We have an opportunity for a Rehabilitation Assistant to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include: Work collaboratively with nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy teams to deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs. Assist with mobility and positioning, including the safe use of hoists and mobility aids. Help patients engage in purposeful activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional recovery. Support patients and service users to access appointments, leisure, and community-based activities. Act as a key worker for assigned patients, advocating for their needs and ensuring consistent delivery of care plans. Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Applicants should meet the following criteria: Chartered Physiotherapist Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice. Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements. Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships.
