Commercial Property Associate/ Solicitor (Development) - 2 PQE - 6 PQE - £55,000 - £75,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate/ Solicitor to join a busy and growing Development team in Manchester.
This is a multiple hire opportunity for junior, and mid level associates to join who are looking to deepen their development experience, as well as those ready to take on greater responsibility and more complex transactions.
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property development matters, working on high-quality projects from site acquisition through to completion. The role offers exposure to both residential and commercial development schemes and the opportunity to manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more technical transactions.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with increasing autonomy (depending on PQE), while benefiting from full administrative and team support.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor in E&W with 2 to 6 years' PQE in commercial property
* Experience in property development transaction
* Experience with site acquisitions and disposals
* Strong landlord and tenant and development-related drafting experience
* Ability to manage matters from instruction through to completion
* Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Professional and effective communication with clients and colleagues
