Compensation
The pay rate is equivalent to £13 per hour, with additional payments available for 5-star customer service (T&C’s apply).

Additional Information
We do not pay an hourly rate but a fixed fee per day's route for a two-man crew. Our data shows that the fixed fees paid equate to an average effective rate of £13 per hour per person, with a maximum of £13 per hour. Additional payments for 5-star service are only payable to drivers contracted with us for at least 4 months.
