Your new role
This confidential HR Director opportunity hase into fruition as part of a potential organisational restructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be central to shaping the future of the HR strategy, workforce planning, and performance culture. Operating with the mindset of a private equity-backed organisation, the successful candidate will lead on talent management, organisational design, and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead the strategic people agenda to support business transformation.
2. Design and deliver organisational restructure and workforce realignment.
3. Advise the CEO and executive team on succession, capability, and leadership strategy.
4. Drive cultural and performance transformation across the organisation.
5. Oversee talent strategy, ensuring retention and development of critical roles.
6. Ensureernance,pliance, and risk management across all HR functions.
7. Build and lead a high-performing HR team with strategic impact.
8. Champion change management and internalmunications during transition.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Demonstrable experience operating at HR Director or senior leadership level within a mid-sized organisation.
10. Proven track record of leading organisational change, including restructures and workforce transformation.
11. Strategic mindset with the ability to align people initiatives with broader business objectives.
12. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility at executive and board level.
13. Deep understanding of performance management, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
14. Familiarity with operating in environments without traditional incentive structures.
15. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
