Senior HR Advisor The Portfolio Group are exclusively representing an award-winning, multinational HR & Employment Law services organisation, seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their high-performing, expert advisory team. The opportunity is ideally suited to a highly experience HR Professional with a strong background in Employment Law and Employee Relations. You will provide expert, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base of over 30,000 organisations across multiple sectors, acting as a trusted advisor on both routine and complex HR matters. The Role Deliver high level, HR and Employment Law Advice, predominantly via telephone. Advise on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, TUPE and redundancy Provide strategic guidance aligned to clients' commercial objectives. Review and advise on client policies, contracts and internal documentation Ensure advice is compliant with current legislation and deliver within SLAs Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting best practice and mentoring where required About You Extensive experience in a senior HR advisory or HR business partnering role Strong, up to date Employment Law knowledge with proven experience handling ER cases. CIPD Qualification (or equivalent experience) Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven or shared services environment Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
