Overview
Job Location: Birmingham
The job holder is responsible for ensuring the route has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring the route is managed in the most efficient way.
The job holder will have the following direct reports:
- 7 x Sales Development Representatives
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for full line management of sales Development representatives to include:
2. 1:1’s and work with.
3. Accountable for SDR KPI performance management.
4. Responsible for working with the team to ensure training plans reflect Development requirements.
5. Responsible for ensuring efficient call base management.
6. Carries out investigations and disciplinary where appropriate.
7. Responsible for financial reconciliation of all banking and policy procedures.
8. Responsible for RTW management as appropriate.
9. Responsible for any new Hires.
