This is a key role within the kitchen, where you’ll balance technical skill, organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth, successful services.What You’ll Do
1. Run your section with confidence and consistency
2. Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
3. Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
4. Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
5. Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
6. Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
Who You Are
7. Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
8. Technically strong with good organisational skills
9. Calm and focused during busy services
10. A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
11. Passionate about high-quality produce and open-fire cooking
12. Keen to continue learning and progressing within a professional kitchen
