Salary: £24,097.97 - £27,005.10 per year + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Responsibilities
* Take the lead on pastoral care for Year 9, focusing on student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.
* Work closely with senior leaders, families, and external agencies to ensure all students feel supported, safe, and successful in school.
* Motivate young people, maintain high expectations, and use data to monitor trends and inform early intervention.
* De-escalate challenging situations and build trusted relationships with students and families.
