Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Braintree. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, planning menus, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and managing kitchen staff. Additionally, the Chef will source ingredients, work closely with local suppliers, and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills including meal preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Menu planning and creation, including dietary accommodations
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Staff management and team leadership abilities
* Experience with sourcing ingredients and working with local suppliers
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
