Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor
Location: Marlborough, Wiltshire (flexible working)

Key Requirements
We are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor with experience in agricultural and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable energy schemes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage files and communications in a busy property team.
Essential requirements include:
1. Assisting fee earners in property transactions involving agricultural and commercial assets, including renewables
2. Drafting and reviewing key legal documentation: contracts, transfers, lease agreements
3. Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and handling post-completion formalities
4. Carrying out a range of property searches and providing accurate analysis to support client and internal decision-making
