About the Role:
We're working with a well:established law firm that is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to take the lead within their Private Client department. This is a key strategic hire offering excellent long:term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the principal fee:earner for the Private Client department
- Drafting and advising on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Administering estates from start to finish
- Advising clients on trusts, lifetime gifts, inheritance tax planning, and related matters
- Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to departmental growth
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' PQE in Private Client law
- STEP qualification and/or membership of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client work
- Confident, self:sufficient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client care skills
