We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise guest rooms, communal areas, or commercial spaces according to company standards
* Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed
* Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to ensure all areas are tidy and hygienic
* Restock amenities such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and refreshments
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
* Assist with laundry duties when required
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests courteously and efficiently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic cooking skills are a plus but not mandatory
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
* Reliable with a professional attitude towards work commitments
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy
