You’ll play a key role in attracting candidates and strengthening our employer brand through compelling digital marketing across social, email, web, and design.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media
* Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns
* Create and publish engaging, scroll-stopping content
* Monitor performance and continuously improve engagement
* Use Hootsuite to keep everything running smoothly
Email Marketing
* Build and deliver impactful campaigns using Mailchimp
* Write targeted, high-quality email copy
* Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong audience targeting
Design & Creative
* Create eye‑catching assets using Adobe & Canva
* Deliver polished visuals with minimal revisions
* Support campaign materials, job fairs, and local marketing
Website & Content
* Update and manage website content via WordPress
* Write blogs, landing pages, and SEO‑friendly copy
* Keep content fresh, engaging, and on‑brand
Paid Campaign Support
* Assist with paid social and Google Ads campaigns
* Support with creative, copy, and set‑up
* Contribute ideas to improve performance
Collaboration & Support
* Work closely with the marketing team and branches
* Support employer brand and internal campaigns
* Help maintain consistent messaging across all channels
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* 2–3+ years in a hands‑on marketing role
* Strong social media management experience
* Email marketing experience (Mailchimp preferred)
* Design skills (Adobe & Canva)
* WordPress experience
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
* Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Desirable
* TikTok content experience
* Exposure to paid ads (social or Google)
* SEO/GEO content writing
* B2C or recruitment marketing experience
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
