We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer based in Maghaberry. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months with a possibility of extension
Rate of pay: £13.75
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
(Hybrid and flexible working patterns apply. There is however a requirement for staff to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitoring of Psychology mailbox
– Creation of physical and electronic files
– Scheduling appointments and liaison with other professionals in relation to this.
– Supporting the electronic referrals process including the gathering of relevant information such as criminal records etc.
– Liaison with psychology staff and responding to queries received into the department.
– Information management in accordance with GDPR and disposal schedules etc
Essential Criteria applicants must have:.
Proof of 5 GCSE including English and Maths Grade C or above of the equivalent
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
