Responsibilities of working on this position:
* General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management and responding to student and teacher enquiries
* Become a SIMS user and produce reports as when requested
* Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
* Act as the school's first aid coordinator
* Assist the needs of organisations, contractors and both prospective and current parents' enquiries
* To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked
These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
* Previous experience working in a school or administrative
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
* Right to work in the UK (Essential)
* 2 recent professional references
* Excellent communication, confidentiality and professional skills
* Ability to work with direct supervision and determine own workload priorities
