Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect, your responsibilities will include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care)
* Medication support (preparation and administration)
* Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment)
* ️ Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, and feeding if required)
* Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
* Companionship (building meaningful relationships and emotional support)
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
* ✅ Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
* ✅ Reliability and a naturally caring nature
* ✅ Willingness to learn new skills
* ✅ Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
* ✅ The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
