Job Title: Business Lecturer (BTEC) • Job Type: Full-time • Location: North West London • Salary: £35-£40
We are seeking a dedicated Business Lecturer to deliver BTEC courses, including a class on Business Management. This role involves a total of 18 contact hours per week, with additional admin time provided for preparation and grading. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a strong background in business education.
Responsibilities
* Deliver BTEC courses, including a class on Business Management, with 18 contact hours per week and additional admin time for preparation and grading.
* Day-to-day of the role: Monday: 10:00–11:00 Business Lecture (1 hour); 11:15–12:15 Business Lecture (1 hour); 14:00–15:00 Business Lecture (1 hour).
* Tuesday: 10:00–11:00 Business Lecture (1 hour); 11:00–12:00 Business Lecture (1 hour); 12:15–13:15 Business Lecture (1 hour); 14:00–15:00 Business Lecture (1 hour); 15:00–16:00 Business Lecture (1 hour); 16:00–17:00 Business Lecture (1 hour).
* Thursday: 10:00–12:00 Business Lecture (2 hours); 14:00–16:00 Business Lecture (2 hours); 16:00–17:00 Business Management (1 hour).
* Friday: 09:00–11:00 Business Lecture (2 hours); 12:15–13:15 Business Lecture (1 hour); 14:00–15:00 Business Lecture (1 hour).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Relevant degree in Business or a related field.
* Experience teaching BTEC courses or similar qualifications.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students.
* Experience in business management is highly desirable.
