Constructing innovative homes with a varied portfolio from character properties to luxury apartments. Established for over 40 years, this developer has a reputation for quality having gained themselves an array of industry awards. The client is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to assist in the delivery of new sites. The main responsibilities will include: Ensuring drawings are produced to enable a site to be developed Checking detailed construction drawings Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues Working within established budgets Attending progress meetings Carrying out site inspections Suitable applicants will possess a strong knowledge of house construction and a degree of flair for design. A strong Engineering understanding is also highly desireable Ideally candidates will be degree educated or possess an HNC in Building Studies or a related discipline. Applicants most suited will already be working for a developer or contractor in a coordination role but be seeking the next step in their career and a desire to work for a developer who has built themselves an enviable reputation. Salary of up to £75,000
