Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and website updates. Write compelling copy to accompany visuals, ensuring alignment with the brand tone of voice.
* Design: Create visually striking graphics, infographics, and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Work closely with the marketing team to design branded materials for campaigns and events.
* Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and showcase the positive impact of our care services. Monitor analytics to measure performance and adapt content strategies accordingly.
* Photography & Video Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos at Runwood Homes locations to feature residents, staff, and facilities. Edit and produce engaging video content for use across various platforms.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to highlight success stories, special events, and new initiatives. Liaise with external vendors for printing and promotional materials.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Solid understanding of social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
* Experience in photography and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
* Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
* A Degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Design and Social Media would be advantageous.
