The Opportunity This is a varied and interesting post, responsibilities include – assisting new clients in their referral journey, booking appointments for clinical services, dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons, managing paperwork, scanning and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility, which will ensure the provision of gold standard customer care.
