This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career within a busy operational environment.This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 06:0015:00, with Saturday shifts from 06:0010:00. The role would suit someone who is reliable, willing to learn and enjoys being part of a supportive team where no two days are the same.
You dont need extensive previous experience, what matters most is having a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved across all areas of the operation. In return, youll have the opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience operating plant equipment and play an important part in delivering excellent service to customers.What You'll be DoingSupporting the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant and associated site equipmentAssisting with loading and unloading materials, monitoring operations and maintaining smooth day-to-day site activitiesCarrying out routine safety checks, basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environmentResponding to customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting customers professionally and efficientlyWorking closely with site teams and management to resolve issues, support operational activities and contribute to continuous improvementWho You AreYou are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn new skills within a plant environmentYou enjoy hands-on work and are happy to support a variety of operational and customer-focused tasksYou communicate well with colleagues and customers and work effectively as part of a teamYou take pride in maintaining high safety and housekeeping standardsYou are proactive, flexible and willing to get involved wherever needed to support site operationsWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
