What can you expect from the programme?
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of what we do - helping our clients, solving problems, and making a real difference every day. You’ll learn how to:
* Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
* Understand our products, services, and the wider financial industry.
* Process administrative tasks to support client requirements.
* Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team.
You’ll be supported every step of the way with:
* A dedicated line manager and buddy.
* Extensive training on both product and practical skills.
* A community of fellow apprentices.
* Time to study and complete your qualification.
* Real responsibilities from day one.
About You
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience or know a lot about the industry yet we’re just looking for individuals who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and effective communicators. More importantly, we value those who can take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
You will start on the programme in September 2025 on a 12 month fixed term contract.. Once you complete the 12-month programme, if there is an opportunity, you’ll be ready to apply for a permanent role in our Customer Service Team with a clear career pathway ahead.
This program is for those starting their careers, with no work experience or university education.
