We are working with a growing wealth management and investment advisory firm seeking a Client Executive to join their London office, supporting a client base primarily focused on US clients.
This role sits at the centre of the client lifecycle, supporting onboarding, administration, and ongoing servicing, ensuring a smooth and compliant client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening documentation, KYC, and Source of Wealth requirements
* Liaise with third-party providers and assist with asset transfers and account setup
* Process client instructions including withdrawals, transfers, and account changes
* Respond to client and adviser queries in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date
* Assist with reporting, client reviews, and wider team projects
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a client servicing or operations role within wealth management or financial services
* Strong understanding of onboarding, KYC, and client administration
* Experience working with US clients or US-focused client servicing
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
