Barista and FOH Server
Delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Key duties include taking orders, operating tills, serving food/drinks, cleaning service areas, and managing stock.It requires multitasking, speed, and engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coffee & Service: Expertly prepare espresso, tea, and other hot/cold and alcoholic drinks.
* Customer Interaction: Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide menu recommendations.
* Hygiene & Maintenance: Keep the workspace, seating area, and equipment sparkling clean.
* Operations: Support front-of-house, manager and assist where necessary.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service, particularly during busy periods.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, polite can do attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without timely breaks.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evening.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
