A well-established freight forwarder in Grays is looking for an experienced Air & Ocean Import Operator to handle full start-to-finish shipments, including customs entries, within a busy and professional operations team.
Package:
* Salary up to £38,000 (DOE)

The Role:
* End-to-end management of air & ocean import shipments
* Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and customers
* Shipment tracking and proactive updates
* Resolving delays, discrepancies, and customs queries
* Job costing and invoicing
Requirements:
* Experience in air and/or ocean imports
* Strong understanding of UK customs procedures
