Offer description

This organisation is a premier, high-growth clinical provider specialising in Complex Care. Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the "Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury" (TDDI), the group is dedicated to delivering nurse-led support for service users with high-acuity needs.

The business operates under the core belief that “The Best People Care.” The mission is focused on providing exceptional, bespoke clinical support, working collaboratively with service users and partners to achieve meaningful goals. With a trajectory toward an £8M turnover and a strong pipeline of new packages, the company offers a fast-paced environment where clinical excellence and person-centred care are the top priorities.

The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse is a senior, mobile leadership position responsible for the clinical integrity and safety of high-acuity packages across Essex, Ipswich, and Norfolk.

With 10 active packages live—each requiring a dedicated team of 10–15 professionals—and a further 5 packages in the immediate pipeline, this role ensures every staff member meets elite clinical standards. You will be the final arbiter of competency, ensuring the "Nurse-Led" mission is delivered successfully on the ground.

Core Responsibilities:

*

Clinical Sign-Off: Leading the non-negotiable 3-day nurse shadowing and clinical sign-off for all new field staff, verifying competencies in Ventilation, Spinal Injury, and PEG care.

*

Regional Oversight: Providing clinical leadership to the active regional portfolio and conducting initial risk assessments for the 5 upcoming pipeline packages.

*

Governance & Auditing: Carrying out rigorous monthly clinical audits to ensure 100% compliance with CQC (TDDI) standards.

*

Safeguarding & Mentorship: Acting as the regional lead for safeguarding and providing on-site clinical coaching to field teams to reduce clinical incidents.

*

Clinical Records: Ensuring all MAR charts, care plans, and clinical documentation are maintained to the highest regulatory standards.

Requirements:

*

Professional Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RNLD) with a current, valid NMC Pin.

*

Clinical Background: Significant experience in Complex Care is essential, specifically involving Ventilation (Invasive/Non-Invasive), Spinal Injury, or Brain Injury management.

*

Audit Experience: Proven ability to conduct clinical audits and implement "Lessons Learnt" through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Personal Attributes & Mobility:

*

Transparency: An honest and meaningful operator who takes the responsibility of life-critical care seriously.

*

Mobility: A full UK driving licence is required, along with the willingness to travel extensively across the Essex, Ipswich, and Norfolk regions.

*

Leadership: The ability to mentor large teams (10-15 staff per package) and ensure a culture of high-quality, person-centred care
