Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
2. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the RE and PSHE curriculum.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
6. Develop and deliver engaging RE and PSHE lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students.
7. Foster a classroom environment that encourages open discussion, respect, and critical thinking.
8. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and school culture.
10. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and ongoing professional development.
