A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Romford:
16. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
17. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
18. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
19. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
20. Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
21. Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence
22. A focus on generating new and repeat business
23. Canvassing the local area
24. Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
25. Ensuring your colleagues and the business in risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator in haart Romford:
