We're seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon who's ready to take the next step into a rewarding leadership role. As Lead Vet, you'll work closely with our supportive Director of Practice to guide and inspire the clinical team across our newly refurbished/extended main site and two branch practices - Summerview and Summergrove.

* Clinical duties
* Clinical audits
* Leading monthly vet meetings
* Running quarterly morbidity and mortality (M&M) rounds
* Conducting appraisals
* Collaborating to further integrate our two sole-charge branches into the wider practice
