INTERNAL VACANCY Erskine Veterans Activities Centre (EVAC) Deputy Manager Forres 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Grade 5 Salary £33,820 - £38,049 per annum (pay award pending) Permanent Full-time role Closing Date: Tuesday, 21 April 2026 The Role: The successful candidate will have responsibility to support the day to day running of our Activity Centre in Forres, in line with Erskine’s strategic objectives of nationwide support to Veterans. The post holder will be responsible to the EVAC Manager for the efficient and effective management of the team in the Centre and will ensure that the services provided are safe, stimulating, meaningful and rewarding. The post holder will help develop the staff team with an appropriate skills mix, ensuring person centred service delivery and a culture of pride and enthusiasm in the workplace and deputise for the EVAC Manager in their absence. The successful candidate will also support networks and partnerships with relevant external agencies and internal departments to support the service and ensure maximum benefit for Veterans.
