An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Account Manager to lead a high-profile facilities management contract across multiple sites in Hampshire. It will be focusing on delivering essential Hard FM services with precision, professionalism, and strategic oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee a multi-site FM contract with a combined turnover of £4.5 million, managing services across two key public sector organisations.

Lead and inspire a team of 20+ operatives and support staff, ensuring service excellence and compliance across all operations.
*
Act as the primary interface between the client and internal delivery teams, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
*
Ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded across planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, and technical compliance.
*
Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing operational delivery with strategic account development.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in account or contract management within facilities management, ideally with exposure to public sector or emergency services environments.
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Technical understanding of Hard FM services (engineering, building services, compliance), though a hands-on background is not essential.
*
Commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets, KPIs, and client relationships.

Ability to operate within a secure and sensitive environment, with discretion and integrity.
