Orthodontist (Private) – Hampshire (Winchester & Havant) | Part-Time
MBR Dental are currently supporting a well-established dental group in Hampshire to recruit an Orthodontist to join their team on a permanent basis, working across practices in Winchester and Havant.
About the Role
* Permanent position
* Available ASAP (notice periods considered)
* Part‑time: 4 days per month (2 days per site)
* Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00)
* Manage an existing list of private orthodontic referrals
* 50/50 split on private fees and lab costs
* Opportunity to grow private orthodontic income
About the Practices
* 2 well-established practices with 16 surgeries in total
* Large, stable patient base of 30,000+ registered patients
* Fully digital and modern environment including:
o SOE software
o Digital X-rays
o CBCT scanner
o Intra-oral cameras
o Rotary endodontics
* Dedicated dental hygiene support
* Experienced and supportive clinical team
* On-site parking available
About You
* GDC registered Orthodontist
* Valid DBS check
* Confident managing private orthodontic cases
* Strong communication and patient care skills
