An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 E‑Rostering Liaison Officer within the Workforce & Organisational Development – E‑Rostering Team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. This role will support the roll‑out, operation and ongoing use of the HealthRoster system across clinical and non‑clinical areas, helping services to work more efficiently and consistently. This secondment is ideal for someone looking to develop experience in workforce systems, digital transformation, training and project support. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main Duties of the Job
* Support the roll‑out of HealthRoster in line with agreed project plans
* Act as a first point of contact for system users, resolving day‑to‑day queries
* Provide hands‑on support and coaching to staff using the system
* Assist with system administration, including user accounts and data maintenance
* Support the delivery of training for new and existing users
* Assist with roster setup, testing and data quality, ensuring alignment with ESR
* Support reporting, KPI production and benefits realisation activity
* Champion best practice and support staff through changes to ways of working

Qualifications And/or Knowledge
Essential Criteria
* Diploma level or equivalent experience in IT, Administration, or other relevant area e.g. HR, Finance, Clinical / Non‑clinical areas
Desirable Criteria
* ECDL or equivalent
* GCSE or equivalent Maths & English

* Previous experience of using databases/computerised systems
* Experience of working in a busy team
* Experience of data collection/retrieval of information
