You will be responsible for managing the team, enforcing safety standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Run thrilling, safe, and high-quality race events\n\n * Act as Duty Manager across Front of House & Track\n\n * Deliver engaging and confident safety briefings\n\n * Enforce race rules and driver standards professionally\n\n * Support team training, development & performance\n\n * Liaise with management to ensure events run to standard\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Customer-facing or event-based experience preferred\n\n * Strong communicator and people manager\n\n * Calm under pressure, confident on the microphone\n\n * Logical thinker with attention to detail\n\n * Comfortable working evenings/weekends\n\nPerks:\n\n * Full training provided\n\n * Staff karting sessions\n\n * Clear progression pathway\n\nRef: RDMK
