The What... As a Bar Team Member you will ensure customers receive exceptional service and well-crafted drinks. You’ll keep the bar area tidy, restock fridges, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training and development, with opportunities to advance, including access to apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training. You may be required to work in the Kitchen.
Opening Hours And Shift Patterns Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Evenings, weekends, and school holidays are our busiest times, and we require availability from Team Members during these periods. Typical shift patterns (centre dependent):
* Weekday AM shifts: 09:00 – 17:00
* Weekday PM shifts: 17:00 – 00:00
* Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 – 18:00
* Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 – 01:00
*Shift times vary by centre. Your centre’s opening hours and shift patterns will be confirmed at interview.
To be a successful Bar Team Member, we’ll want to see:
* Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate at all levels

* Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
