What You'll Do:
* Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to the individual needs of each client
* Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through to aftercare
* Work closely with the optometrists and retail team to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest products, lens technology, and fashion trends
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations and success of the practice
What We're Looking For:
* GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
* A passion for eyewear, style, and customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience in a high-end or independent optical environment is desirable
