What you’ll be doing:
• Work with suppliers to ensure pricing, supply and availability of materials and components for new and future projects.
• Manage materials costing information for customer enquiries and project proposals
• Develop key supply chain solutions and partnerships for new products / projects
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication
• Manage and support ECN, PCN requests and activities
• Manage effective transfer of supply chain data to tactical buyer
• Inventory management
• Represent supply chain in project meetings.
Experience you will bring to the role:
• Solid procurement experience gained in fast paced, high demand environment with frequently changing priorities
• NPI / Project procurement experience
• Advanced Excel skills – able to use pivot charts and V / X / H Lookups
• Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high profile clients
• Excellent client and supplier relationship building and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar managing RFQ’s, RFI’s and associated reporting
• Benchmarking, cost-down, vendor rationalisation and inventory management skills
• Relevant qualification
