Senior Service Designer\n\n23 month FTC\n\nLocation: Central London, hybrid and flexible. Please note this is not a fully remote position\n\nImmediate start\n\nJoin a UK government-funded, independent body that provides free legal advice to leaseholders in England and Wales. As part of an exciting digital transformation, we're looking for a hands-on Senior Service Designer to lead the design and improvement of services across digital, phone, and email channels.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign end-to-end services across digital and non-digital touch points\nCreate wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes\nPlan and conduct user research\nAlign service and UX design with business strategy, including AI and automation integration\nTranslate complex stakeholder needs into practical service improvementsWhat We're Looking For\n\nExperience designing public-facing, multi-channel services\nFamiliarity with GDS service design principles or similar frameworks\nStrong grasp of user-centered and inclusive design practices\nA portfolio demonstrating research, prototyping, and delivery\nAny frontend development experience is a bonus\nExperience in working in a small - mid size companyIf this sounds like you, please apply with an up to date CV and portfolio.\n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
