Are you a detail-oriented data professional who thrives on accuracy, process, and purpose? We’re looking for a Property Data Assistant to join our Asset Management team on a 4-month fixed term contract,to help tackle a backlog of stock condition surveys.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our asset database, ensuring data is current, consistent, and capable of delivering clear, insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and validate a high volume of stock condition survey data
* Maintain and update asset records in our systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Asset team to support data-driven decision-making
* Support ongoing improvement of asset data quality and reporting capabilities
* Carry out systems administration tasks and contribute to the ongoing management of the asset database
About You:
* Strong background in data processing and systems administration
* Previous experience working with large data sets under time pressure
* Familiarity with Dynamics or similar systems is desirable
* You enjoy working toward a clear goal and take pride in data accuracy and efficiency
* A flexible, self-motivated approach with a reliable and organised work ethic
* Practical experience in asset or property data management is a bonus

Working Arrangements:
* Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (flexible days), 3 days remote
* Choice of office base: Riverside or Tewkesbury
