The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in Bristol area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team.
Roles Available:
* HGV Class 1 - Afternoons
Shifts:
* Work available Monday to Sunday
* Weekend work is required
Start Times:
* Class 1 Afternoons shifts start between - 14:00pm - 18:00pm
Pay Rate:
* Class 1 Afternoon - £17.29 per hour PAYE
Location: Bristol, BS35
Job Type: Ongoing with opportunity for perm
The role:
* Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
* Handling runs with 4-5 stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
* Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
* Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
1. Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
2. 1 months experience required
3. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
4. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
5. Full understanding of WTD legislation.
