I am representing a client who is a powerhouse in the meat industry, is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take charge of the North East down to Sheffield.
With over £100m in annual turnover and 25 years of consistent growth behind them, my client isn’t just another name in the food industry. They’ve already smashed their Q1 and Q2 targets, and Q3 is shaping up to be even better. This is a chance to join a winning team during a time of explosive growth.

Their team of Country Managers, Technical and NPD experts regularly visit production sites to ensure standards are maintained, building trust and peace of mind for customers. They are the ‘top dogs’ when it comes to quality.

The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll:
* Manage and grow accounts across North East England
* Focus on 60% new business, 40% existing accounts – both ripe for growth
* Drive sales across the foodservice and wholesale sectors
* Leverage your existing industry contacts to win new business fast
You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in foodservice and/or wholesale sales
* A strong network you can hit the ground running with
* Ideally, a background in meat, but strong channel knowledge is key
* A natural hunter mindset – proactive, driven, and relentless in pursuit of targets

* Competitive Base Salary
* £5,000 Car Allowance or Company Car
* 15% Monthly Bonus (+ stretch target)
* Full home-based contract
